自行開車：

中山高速公路南下：
　台北→桃園→中壢→新竹交流道（靠右）→經光復路→（左轉）學府路→（左側）新竹高中
中山高速公路北上：
　台中→中山高北上（往台北方向）→新竹交流道（左彎往新竹市區）→經光復路→（左轉）學府路→（左側）新竹高中
二高南下：
　台北→關西→新竹系統交流道→中山高北上（往台北方向）→新竹交流道（左彎往新竹市區）→經光復路→（左轉）學府路→（左側）新竹高中

台鐵：

　西部幹線　台北←→桃園←→中壢←→新竹←→台中

高鐵：

　高鐵新竹站下車，改乘台鐵六家線或182路公車往新竹市區。

市內公車路線：（請注意「竹中」站並非本校）

　藍線、藍1區、31路，於「新竹高中」站下車。（31路假日停駛）
　2路、2支A、83路，於「學園商場」站下車後，步行五分鐘。

計程車：

　新竹火車站→新竹高中（學府路36號）（約130～150元，上車前須先和司機議價或要求跳表）

國光號和各種巴士：

　光復二分局（光復路二段）下車（往回走，上陸橋至對面下橋）往學府路方向走，經過兩個紅綠燈後抵達本校（走路約10分鐘，在左側）。

By Taiwan Railways (TRA):

 West Coast Line: Taipei ←→ Taoyuan ←→ Zhongli ←→ Hsinchu ←→ Taichung

By Taiwan High-Speed Rail (THSR):

 Get off at Hsinchu HSR Station, then transfer to the TRA Liujia Line or take Bus 182 toward Hsinchu City.

City Buses: (Note: The "Zhuzhong" stop is NOT our school)

 Blue Line, Blue 1 District, Route 31: get off at "National Hsinchu Senior High School" stop. (Route 31 does not operate on holidays)
 Route 2, 2A, 83: get off at "Xueyuan Mall" stop, then walk for five minutes.

By Taxi:

 From Hsinchu Railway Station → National Hsinchu Senior High School (No. 36, Xuefu Rd.) (approx. NT$130–150; please negotiate the fare or request meter use before boarding)

By Kuo-Kuang Bus or Other Coaches:

 Get off at Guangfu 2nd Police Station (Guangfu Rd., Sec. 2) → walk back, cross the overpass, get off on the opposite side → head toward Xuefu Rd., pass two traffic lights → arrive at the school (approx. 10-min walk, on the left side).
