1. TRA & Bus (Taiwan Railways & Bus)

Take the train to Hualien Station and leave via the Front Exit. Walk along Guolian 4th Road(國聯四路) for about 150 meters, then turn left onto Guolian 1st Road(國聯一路). Walk for another 120 meters to reach your destination.

Take the intercity bus to Hualien Transfer Station. From there, walk straight along Guolian 1st Road(國聯一路) for about 100 meters to reach your destination.
